It was difficult letting it go.
Even till today, I've never gotten over it.
Apologies won't help rewind time though.
Perhaps I'm trying too hard, and too much.
I still treat you as mine, even though you're no longer.
I know I'm selfish.
But I have no idea why;
Why I hate losing you to others, when I've already lost you.
Certain things don't need explanations.
Because the answer's already there.
I feel this way, because,
you know why.
