6JIM may sound slightly ridiculous, but it is just a football club set up by my friends for leisure. Played as a keeper for them, and have always been one for six years already. That's why I'm quite tall. ;D It's been a month since I've played, and my keeping skills really deteriorated over this period of time, no longer have the confidence and skills to go for the ball. TSK! :( Been pushed outfield by his uncle at certain times, and been training myself to play with both feet.
Darrick booked a field on Wednesday and we played there, started as the keeper, but managed zero saves. Sigh~ Played up front and scored three goals, two left-footed ones and a right-footed half-volley. It was a once in a blue moon thing especially for a keeper to score goals. LOL! Will always remember my three goals.
Soccer may not be appreciated and comprehended by all, but it's a live-long passion for us.
