Last indulges.
Went for a chalet with the mehmehs from the 11-13. Cabbed to Wei Jian house because there were just too many things to carry, waited for the rest and then went out to help dear get her ingredients, and really sorry if I got too little! Left Wei Jian's house immediately upon getting the ingredients and we cabbed to the chalet at Changi. It was such a 'foreign' location that even the taxi driver didn't know the exact place and had to rely on the navigation system in the end. It was quite funny as we had to split into two cabs, the rest followed Zi Xing, Wei Jian and I behind. The second taxi just followed the first till we reached the destination. As we reached, there was some mix-up in the location, and I was really quite tired about it, having to carry the heavy things up and down the hill. Went to fetch Wai Min from the bus stop with Wei Jian. I still remembered this clearly, Wei Jian ran towards the bus-stop shouting 'WAIMIN!' Such a romantic scene. ;D We rested awhile, and checked out the rooms after that before unpacking, and I found that we left two bottles of drinks in the cab by accident. Cooked fried rice after that, my first time and it succeeded! Of course, I had my friends help! Ate, waited for Jasmine to come, then Shaw Leong. Had KFC ordered, and ate while playing mahjong. Felt really exhausted after that and headed up to the room to play Zixing's Nerf gun and watch some movies. Dear came really in the late night to join us! Didn't feel too good for some reason, and went to another room to sleep, couldn't really care about the horror of being in the room as I didn't had the feel to care anything. Really cold deep in the early morning as I didn't had any blankets so I woke up to wear another shirt over.
Dear cooked breakfast for all of us on the second day, super nice! Cabbed with dear, Wei Jian and Waimin over to Bugis, along with the rest on another cab! The girls went to shop, and Guang Yi went to get his slippers, and walked around for some time before getting the ingredients for dinner. Went back by train, which was really enjoyable with dear, Wai Min and Joshua! We were so squashed together, and I was really afraid Joshua lose his footings and fall towards me. Dear cooked us dinner for the night again, thank you very much! (: Swept the living room clean, before arranging everything back neatly before joining the rest upstairs. Watched some scary movie, then played Uno. Wei Jian and Jasmine had to leave, so we were left with 7. Slept while I disturbed Zi Xing with the pillow.
Shaw Leong, Guang Yi and Waimin left in the early morning, so only four of us were left. Slept for awhile, then we forced Joshua to cook breakfast for us but of course he was too lazy to do so. So we ended up playing on the bed all the way till 1030 when the people started chasing us out, had lots of laughter in the morning with penguin jokes and kicking Joshua down from the bed. Was really reluctant to leave the place, but we had to, so we packed what we needed and left the rest in the chalet for them to clear up. Took a cab to E-hub with dear, Joshua and Zi Xing to E-Hub. Zi Xing didn't alight and cabbed all the way home. Had lunch at Subway, before we cabbed to Tiong Bahru Market to send dear back! Joshua and I went to Vivo after that, and we camped at Burger King and chatted. Went with him all the way till Serangoon MRT before going home. Felt really sad after splitting with the mehmehs.
Went shopping on Thursday and met up with Shaw Leong on Friday for a swim, before meeting up with Guang Yi for lunch. It was like a 'book' day because we went around looking at books at Popular and the library. Went to Tiong Bahru Market for dinner with my family at night, and went to surprise dear, in the end I think i just gave her a real heart attack, so I better not do it again! Hahahaha. Met up with Shaw Leong and friends for breakfast at Ya Kun before heading to school for some alumni event on Saturday, played around before leaving for lunch. Headed to Ang Mo Kio to play pool for around 4-5 hours. Cost a bomb, but I guess it was worth it as it will be difficult asking friends out again when school starts. For the first time, I went out for the entire week, making use of every minute of holiday I'm left with. School's starting tomorrow, I'm not exactly nervous, but rather a little restless as I'm still in my holiday mood. Hopefully things go well in school! Well, will blog another time, not so soon perhaps because I really feel like leaving this post here for a long long time, they were great memories especially the chalet! (:
