SINGAPORE 6:08 PM
What a fun day today! Today I attended a workshop with 4 other friends at Peirce Secondary School (Located at previous Mayflower Secondary School Campus 2), known as Innovative Protocol. But before going there, we decided to wait outside the school's bus stop. Then we changed our minds at waited for each other at the entrance of Bishan MRT. As we was rushing for time, Kai Feng, a senior of mine, tried flagging down a taxi. We managed to flag down one, and rushed toward Peirce Secondary School. During the workshop, I had some boring time and decided to fold paper aeroplanes and playing my handphone. There was situation whereby my team-mates were discussing and I was there playing. The teacher then randomly picked out one from any group to present our discussion; and I was the one from my team. Fortunately, I managed to come up with a last-minute speech and presented with my hands shaking. I was nervous.
The workshop is about Innovative Protocol. It is the use of ideation and perceiving to solve problems. Our problem was to plan out for the Sec 1 Orientation Camp and to provide a sense of security and warmth to the newly-welcomed Secondary Ones'. We used an established structure which includes physiology needs, self-fulfillment tasks and GLs' to solve the problem we face. We also used a something (sorry but i forgotten the spelling of the word) pronounced as hee-rah-kee to plan the established structure.
After the workshop, I went home with difficulties finding the bus-stop but in the end, I still managed to find it.
